浅谈民营企业资深员工的晋升激励

摘 要

 

随着中国加入世界贸易组织和全球经济1体化进程的加快,人力资源管理在民营企业管理中的地位和作用日益增强,而采用员工激励提高企业核心竞争力已成为当今我国民营企业的必要选择。

本文以资深员工的晋升激励为研究对象,运用理论分析和实际调查等方法,紧密围绕现阶段我国民营企业对资深员工的晋升激励这个主题,深入调查研究,探讨其现存的问题并提出改进和调整策略。

文章内容分为5个部分,首先介绍了“民营企业资深员工晋升激励”这1课题的研究背景及意义,然后依据需求激励理论,分析了民营企业现行晋升激励制度存在的问题,指出了其原因所在,并明确其调整策略,即“调整晋升意识—重视晋升制度—建立多渠道晋升机制”,从而设计出科学、合理的晋升激励渠道,以缓和民营企业与资深员工之间的矛盾。

Abstract

With Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization and speed up the process of global economic integration, human resources management of private enterprises in the status and role of growing and the use of Staff Motivation raise the core competitiveness of enterprises in our country has become necessary to choose private enterprises.

 This passage makes the promotion encouragement of the senior staff as research object. Theoretical analysis and practical application of methods such as surveys, close to private enterprises around at my senior staff promotions motivate the subject, in-depth investigation and study and explore its existing problems and suggest improvements and restructuring strategy.

The article consists of five parts, first introduced "private enterprises senior staff promotions encouraging" the topic of research background and significance, and then based on demand incentive theory, analysis problems of the current promotion incentive system of private enterprise, find their reason and clear their adjustment strategy, namely, "adjustment promoted awareness—promotion system importance—the establishment of a multi-channel promotion mechanism",thus devise a scientific and rational promotion incentive channels, in order to ease the conflict between private enterprises and the senior staff.
