【中文摘要】 构建社会主义和谐社会,既是一个价值目标,又是一个现实的社会历史过程。新中国成立后,我们党坚持以马克思主义为指导,带领全国各族人民为促进和实现社会和谐,在理论上进行了艰辛探索,在实践上作出了不懈努力。第一代领导集体强调要着眼于最大限度的调动一切积极因素,正确处理各方面的矛盾和问题,兼顾各方面的发展需要和各个方面的利益关系。但由于我们党当时对社会主义现代化建设缺乏经验,对建设规律还没有充分认识和掌握,和谐社会思想并未在实践中得到贯彻实施。第二代领导集体总结过去的经验教训,强调社会主义的根本任务是发展生产力,提出“发展才是硬道理”,以发展促协调,打破均衡,着重动态协调与持续性发展,实现了我国社会主义发展道路历史上的一次飞跃。第三代领导集体着眼于国际政治、经济格局的深刻变化,强调发展是党执政兴国的第一要务,坚持用发展的办法解决前进中的问题,并坚持经济社会发展的全面性、协调性、可持续性,强调社会全面进步与人的全面发展的和谐统一,进一步丰富了社会主义现代化建设的理论。以胡锦涛为核心的新一届领导集体根据党和国家面临的新形势、新任务和新要求,深刻认识我国发展的阶段性特征,系统总结我们党在促进社会和谐方面积累的经验,强调要坚持以人为本,树立全面协调可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展,明确提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的重大战略思想和重大战略任务,表明我们党对社会主义和谐社会的认识达到了新水平。本文通过纵向历史的角度对中国共产党社会主义和谐社会思想的传承与发展过程做系统研究,横向辩证的角度对中国共产党几代领导集体社会主义和谐社会思想传承与发展的结合点及其共同特征做深入研究,力图在纵向与横向的比较中,梳理中国共产党和谐社会思想的发展轨迹,从党的理论创新的视角深入揭示社会主义和谐社会思想的科学内涵。本文由前言、结束语和五个主体部分构成:前言简要阐述了论文的选题意义、研究现状及研究方法;第一部分论述社会主义和谐社会的理论渊源:第三部分论述第一代领导集体和谐社会思想的内容、特点及局限性:第三部分论述第二代领导集体和谐社会思想的内容、特点,第四部分论述第三代领导集体和谐社会思想的内容、特点;第五部分论述以胡锦涛为核心的新一届领导集体对和谐社会思想的完善与发展,以及构建社会主义和谐社会的理论价值和实践意义:结束语部分论述了我们党的社会主义和谐社会思想在传承与发展过程中的共同特征。

【英文摘要】 Content:It is not only a target but also a realistic social developing process to construct the Harmonious Socialist Society.To obtain the goal,the Communist Party adhered to exploring in theories and practices with Marxism as a guidance.The fist leader group of new China focused on dealing with the conflicts and problems of the society with their great efforts to provoke every positive group while they gave attention to their needs and benefits as well.But because of the lack experiences in the field of social moderation,the party didn't put the idea of "Harmonious Socialist Society" into practice.The second leader group put forward the basic task of the socialism China was to develop the fertility as they summed up the former experience.That meant we developed the economy, promoted the society harmony.It realized the leap of the development of the society.The third leader group emphasized "Development is the most important task of the party" as they analysized the profound changes of the world's economy and politics.They devoted to the solving current problems;they put attention on the economic development,not only on the duration but also on the panorama.It enriched the theory of the socialism modernization.Facing the current situations and demands,the new government leaders led by Hu Jintao stressed on realizing the characters of the stage characters economy development of China.After summarizing the experience of accelerating the Harmonious Society they set a new development pattern which is based on the fundamental demands of the Chinese people.In the new pattern,the strategic ideas and tasks are brought out. We can see clearly that our party get to a new stage of building up the Harmonious Socialist Society.This essay demonstrates the theory from two points of views.One is to study the building up of the Harmonious Socialist Society through historical points of views.The other is to compare the leader groups of new China in the field of society building,open up the scientific connotation of Harmonious Socialist Society from the innovative angle of view. The essay consists of preface,conclusion and five body parts.The preface briefly describes the reason of choosing the topic,the research status and the research approaches.In the first body part,it disserts the theoretic origin of the Harmonious Socialist Society;the second body party deals with the contents of the ideas on Harmonious Socialist Society brought forward by the first leader group as well as its characters and disadvantages;the third part demonstrates the contents and characters on the ideas put forward by the second leader group;the fourth part disserts the contents and characters on the ideas put forward by the third leader group;the fifth party demonstrates the importance and development of the theory.In this part,we also discuss the importance of building up Harmonious Socialist Society in theories and practices.The conclusion demonstrates the similar characters of the Harmonious Socialist Society which the leader groups of our party has developed since the founding of new China.
