芪桃片治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察
Qitao Tablet Treating the Distbetic Retinopathy on Clinical Observation
【摘要】 糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic RetinoPathy,DR)是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,近年来,已成为四大主要致盲疾病之一。但是,由于DR的发病机理尚未完全阐明,治疗上未取得突破性进展。探讨DR的防治方法,降低致盲率,是目前国内外眼科工作的重要课题。本研究在导师的指导下,在综述中西医防治DR进展文献,了解国内外防治方法的基础上,观察评价我院制剂芪桃片对DR的临床疗效。第一部分文献研究1、祖国医学对DR的认识综述祖国医学对DR病名、病因病机、治法方药的认识,及现代中医药防治DR临床及实验研究进展。2、现代医学对DR的认识参考国内外文献,综述DR流行病学、发病机理、诊断及治疗进展,并初步探讨其存在的问题和发展趋势。第二部分临床研究目的:观察芪桃片对糖尿病性视网膜病变的治疗作用,对其疗效做出客观评价。方法:将治疗组与复方血栓通组相对照,对视力、眼底、荧光血管造影及中医症侯等疗效性指标进行观察。再将两组资料进行统计学分析以对比疗效,考察芪桃片的有效性。结果:芪桃片能改善DR眼底情况,提高视力,疗效与复方血栓通组无明显差异(P＞0.05):芪桃片和复方血栓通都能改善患者的中医证候,但治疗组疗效优于复方血栓通组(P＜0.05)。结论:芪桃片治疗DR有较好的疗效。

【Abstract】 Distbetic Retinopathy(DR)is one of severity complications of Diabetes Melitus(DM) and become one of four main disease of causing blind at present.The pathogenesis of DR is not completely clarified,We still did not acquired evolve piercelyon its treatment.In this study,we observed and evaluate theeffect Qitao Tablet on treating DR.Parter One:Literature Research1.Summary of Chinese medicine on the DR disease,pathogenesis,treatment of herbs and modern medicine to combat DR Clinical and Experimental Research.2.Reference to domestic and foreign literature,Review of DR epidemiology, pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment progress and to explore the question of its existence and development trends.Patter Two:Clinical ResearchObjective:To observe the Qitao Tablet diabetic retinopathy of the therapeutic effect,to make an objective evaluation of its efficacy.Methods:The treatment group and comparison group Xueshuantong compound capsule of vision,fundus,fluorescein angiography and efficacy of Chinese medicine,such as disease indicators observation.Then two sets of data to statistical analysis comparing the efficacy of film study the effectiveness of Qitao Tablet.Results:Effects of Qitao Tablet fundus DR can improve the situation, improve eyesight,Xueshuantong compound capsule efficacy and no significant difference between groups(P＞0.05);Qitao tablets and Xueshuantong compound capsule Chinese medicine can improve the patient's syndrome,but the superior efficacy of the treatment group thrombosis in the compound group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The Effects of Qitao tablets have better treatment effect DR
