校园集体舞推广策略研究
Study on Campus Group Dancing of Promotion Strategy
【中文摘要】 面对21世纪的严峻挑战,我国要加快推进素质教育,重视学校教育的发展和人才培养。学校体育工作是学校教育工作中的重要部分,是实施素质教育的重要突破口。长期以来,我国大多数学校的体育模式,仍沿袭着早期传统的体育教育思想和模式,已不能适应现代社会对体育发展的要求。2005年全国学生体质与健康调研结果表明,我国学生身体状况总体是好的,但仍存在不少不容忽视的问题,为此,国家有关部门先后出台了一系列政策举措,以支持学校体育工作,增进青少年体质健康。在这种背景下,国家教育部要求自2007年9月1日起在全国中小学进行《第一套全国中小学校园集体舞》的全面推广。校园集体舞作为一项校园体育活动形式,既具有艺术性、节奏的律动性、广泛的适应性、动作内容丰富性、娱乐性和寓教于乐性等特点,又有改善学生身体形态和机能水平,培养美的意识;愉悦学生身心,消除紧张情绪和缓解精神压力;培养学生集体主义精神,提高学生的合作意识和交际能力的功能。然而,在《第一套全国中小学校园集体舞》推广过程中出现了一些问题。例如,由于许多学校的场地条件不能满足全校学生在大课间活动时共同跳集体舞的要求,与此同时,学校和教师未能组织体育课教学活动或灵活的运用其他体育活动组织形式,导致部分学校未能开展集体舞活动;由于对校园集体舞的功能、特点宣传不够,导致部分教师和家长对校园集体舞的教育作用认识不足,从而担心起学生的早恋现象会更加严重;部分地区由于未进行行政强制,学校领导又忽视了校园集体舞的教育意义,未给与相应的重视,导致学校未开展校园集体舞活动。那么,如何解决上述问题,将集体舞与学校体育工作有机的结合起来,实现集体舞在各级各类学校广泛的开展,如何使更多的学生享受到集体舞带来的健康与快乐,制定一套有效的、切实可行的推广策略,成为亟待解决的问题,也是本研究的意义所在。本研究运用了文献资料法、调查法、个案研究法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法五种研究方法对校园集体舞推广策略进行了研究,旨在分析制定校园集体舞推广策略必要性的基础上,提出有效的、切实可行的推广策略,然后加以实践检验。推广策略的提出与实施,不仅有助于更好的推广教育部创编的《第一套全国中小学校园集体舞》,具有一定的现实意义,而且能够为之后创编出的校园集体舞的推广工作提供有效的方案,为体育教师提供适宜的教学活动形式,让更多的学生体会到校园集体舞带来的健康与乐趣,使学校的课内外体育活动形式更加的丰富多彩,因而具有较高的应用价值。通过研究得出以下结论:调查显示,学生较喜爱这项运动,且有参与的动机,教师也认为有必要推广校园集体舞这项运动。调查中,部分学校已开展了校园集体舞活动,但由于教师在有限的体育活动时间里,不知运用何种组织形式等原因,仍有部分学校未能开展校园集体舞活动。因此,有必要制定校园集体舞推广策略。根据我国的教育行政体制,并借鉴营销学中的促销方式,制定了校园集体舞推广策略:行政干预策略、大众媒体宣传、教学推广策略、表演推广策略和竞赛推广策略。其中,行政干预策略是校园集体舞顺利推广的保障;大众媒体宣传起到了扩大校园集体舞影响面的作用;教学推广策略、表演推广策略和竞赛推广策略是推广校园集体舞的具体途径和方法,并分别在三所学校进行了实施,验证了推广策略具有可操作性及有效性。

【英文摘要】 Facing 21st century challenges,our country needs to speed up the promotion of quality education and the development of school education and training of personnel.The school sports education is an important part of the work is to implement an important breakthrough in the quality of education.For a long time,Most sports modes of school in our country are still following early and traditional educational thought of sports and mode,and it can't already meet the modern social requirements for development of sports.2005 National Student Physical Fitness and Health Research results show that the overall health of our students are good,but there were still many questions that can not be ignored,to that end,relevant state departments have issued a series of policy initiatives to support the work of School Sport,and enhance young people's health.Under this kind of background,the National Ministry of Education requests since September 1,2007 primary and secondary schools in the country,"The first set of national campus group dancing of middle and primary schools" all-round promotion.Campus group dancing as a sport activity form in campus,already the rhythm,extensive adaptability,movement with artistry,rhythm have been abundant in content,recreational and residing and teaching in the happy characteristic,improve student's body shape and function level,train beautiful consciousness,make student's body and mind joyful,dispel tense mood and relieve the spiritual pressure,train student's collectivism spirit,improve students' cooperation consciousness and function of the communication ability.However,Some questions have appeared while "first set of national campus group dancing of middle and primary schools" is popularized.For example because a lot of school of field termses can meet whole school student dance requirement of group dancing together at heavy break activity,at the same time,schools and organizations who are not teaching physical education activity or other physical activities the use of flexible forms of organization,some group dancing schools are not able to carry out activities.Campus group dancing because of the function of the characteristics of propaganda and not enough,some teachers and parents on campus group dancing recognize the role of education,so worried about love from the students would have been even worse situation.In some areas,because of no administration enforcement,school leaders and the neglect of the educational campus group dancing did not give the appropriate attention and cause schools to carry out activities on campus group dancing.So how to solve the above problem,the School Sports Group dancing job with an organic combination of Group dancing implementation at all levels to carry out a wide range of types of schools,how to make students more Group dancing enjoy health and happiness brought about by the development of an effective and feasible strategy to become a serious problem,but also the significance of this study.This study documents the use of the law,investigation,case studies and mathematical statistics,logic analysis of five methods Group dancing on campus promotional strategies have been studied through the analysis of the development of strategies to promote the need for campus Group dancing proposed on the basis of effective,practical and promotional strategies,and then practice.Promotion Strategy and the implementation of the proposal will not only help to better promote the creation of the Ministry of Education,"the first set of primary and secondary schools nationwide Group dancing",has some practical significance, but also to be able to after the creation of the campus Group dancing to provide an effective job of promoting program for physical education teachers to provide appropriate forms of teaching and learning activities to enable more students to the campus experience Group dancing health and pleasure,make the school both inside and outside the sports classes of the form of a more colorful,which have a high application value.By studying the following conclusions:survey shows that more students love this sport and have the motivation to participate,teachers also need to consider the promotion of the sport Group dancing campus.Survey,some schools have been carried out Group dancing campus activities,but limited because of the sports teacher at the time,I do not know what forms of organization such as the use of reason,there are still some schools are not able to carry out activity Group dancing campus.Therefore,there is a need to develop promotional strategies Group dancing campus.According to China's educational administration system, and learn from the marketing promotion of the study methods,formulate promotional strategies Group dancing campus:administrative intervention strategies,mass media publicity, promotional strategies of teaching,performing strategy and competition promotion strategies. Among them,the campus administration intervention strategy is to successfully promote the protection of Group dancing;the mass media to promote the expansion of the campus played a role in the impact of Group dancing;teaching promotional strategies,promotional strategies and competition performances Promotion Strategy is to promote campus Group dancing specific ways and means,and separately at Three schools have been implemented to verify the promotional strategies and operational effectiveness.
