【中文摘要】 延边朝鲜族自治州位于吉林省东南部,地处中俄朝三国交界,是中国重要的战略要地。自从建州以来,在党的民族政策的指引下,全州各族人民团结一致,艰苦奋斗,各项事业都有较快的发展。当然,延边朝鲜族自治州在发展中也面临着诸如人口、资源、环境和可持续发展等一系列严峻问题。其中,朝鲜族人口流出问题是延边地区人口的特有问题(本文中的朝鲜族人口迁移指的是朝鲜族人口的流出)。本文以2007年延边统计年鉴和2008年延边地区朝鲜族人口负增长课题组抽样调查数据为依据,通过描述性统计分析和二分类、多分类Logistic回归等方法进行研究,并且根据研究结果进行针对性分析,最后提出了引导朝鲜族人口有序迁移和合理开发利用人力资源、加强社会保障体系建设、调整优化产业结构、加强经济环境建设、促进区域经济一体化等一系列具体措施。本文的研究主旨是促进朝鲜族人口迁移与区域经济协调发展。

【英文摘要】 Yanbian area of China's border areas is not only, but also Korean-populated areas in China. From the beginning of 90's of the last century, the population of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture showed different trend and characteristics with other areas in the province or in the country. As the population factors in Yanbian area is an essential element of socio-economic development, Yanbian Korean migration is bound to the local socio-economic development impact.Yanbian Korean migration mainly reflected in three aspects: The first is the demographic profile of the Yanbian region. Yanbian area of the total population since 2002 has been down for 5 consecutive years, one of the main reasons is to reduce the total state population of 37.3 percent of the Korean population since 1996 for 10 consecutive years of negative growth. Second, the total population and migration flows, Yanbian Korean population migration since 1992, a marked increase in the future, especially after 1997, rapidly expanding the scale of population movements.
