【中文摘要】 随着互联网日益深入人们的日常生活,成为“第四种媒介”,它对现实生活的影响力也在日益凸显。近一两年来国内发生的一系列事件,如厦门PX事件、ANTI-CNN和抵制家乐福、汶川地震灾后救援等活动,互联网都是在其中起到非常重要作用的沟通、传播媒介。网民们利用互联网发布信息、组织讨论,利用网络进行社会动员、形成合力,改变现实状况。从虚拟社区到现实生活,互联网在其中起的作用越来越大,笔者认为可以将这种笔者称之为网络动员或网络“串联”的即通过互联网组织的社会行动看成是社会动员的一种新形式。本文即是以网络动员为研究对象,重点探讨网络社会动员的过程、机制,以及其背后的社会结构、社会变迁之原因,希望能够对这一新兴的社会现象有较为深入的认识。本文主体分为以下五大部分:第一部分为“基本概念与理论述略”,主要介绍对该问题的研究缘起、本文采用的有关社会动员及其引致的社会运动的相关理论与笔者对之的批判,以及在此基础上本文的研究假设、思路和研究方法。在对一些典型的由网络动员起来的社会运动进行实证分析基础上,第二部分对网络动员的类型、形式与手段、以及人们利用互联网作为社会动员手段的原因进行了具体分析。第三部分主要分析了网络动员的过程、结构性因素、机制及特点,认为网络动员可以分为事件的发生、网络热议和网络动员和付诸现实行动三个程序。在其中,话语的建构和资源的利用起到非常重要的作用。而网络动员的诸结构性因素对于网络动员及其后社会运动的发展亦产生了重要影响。文章的第四部分探讨网络动员背后的社会结构、社会变迁因素,以及网络动员中所显示的个人自由问题。第四部分针对前文提及的现象、问题提出一些建议和对策,主张对网络动员进行引导,要合理地处理社会运动相关问题,比如改革信访制度、适当地对社会运动制度化。最后的结论与展望简单总结了本文的亮点和不足之处,希望引出更多、更深入、优秀的相关研究,为社会现实问题的应对提供必要的参考。

【英文摘要】 As Internet deepens daily life day by day and becomes " the fourth kind of media ", its influence to actual life is prominent day by day too. Nearly an a series of incidents that have happened at home over the past two years, for instance Xiamen PX incident, ANTI-CNN and the activity of resisting Carrefour rescuing after the Wenchuan,earthquake calamity etc., Internet is the communication media playing a very important role . The netizens utilize Internet to release information, organize to discuss, utilize the network to mobilize , form the resultant of forces, and change the realistic state. From fictitious community to actual life, the function that Internet plays among them is greater and greater, I think we can regard network mobilize or network " connect in series " as a new form of social mobilization.This text takes network mobilization as the research object , and especially probe into the course, mechanism of the network society mobilizes, and its back's social structure, reason of social changes. I hope to have comparatively deep understanding to this new developing social phenomenon. This text subject divided into five following major parts:Part one " basic conceptions and brief introduction of theories ", mainly introduces the genesis of my research and relevant theories about social movement which the society mobilizes and causes and author's criticism to it , this literary grace of study on this problem uses, and the research herein supposes on this basis, the thinking and research approach.In carrying on the foundation of analyzing of the real example on some typical social movements mobilized by the network, Part two uses Internet as the reason why the society mobilized the means to make a concrete analysis of to network type, form, means, and people that mobilize.Part three course, structural factor, mechanism and characteristic that the main analysis network mobilizes, I think network mobilize can divide into 3 procedures , emergence, network boom of incident negotiate peace network mobilize and putting into reality and taking action. Among them, constructing of words, the use with resources play a very important role. And the structural factors of network mobilization also exert an important influence to the development of network mobilization and social movements later to the former.Factors hiding behind of network mobilization, like social structure, social changes and the individual freedom question that the network reveals in it are the objects in the fourth part of the article.Phenomenon, question that the fourth part mentions in the preceding paragraphs propose some suggestions and countermeasures, and maintain that network mobilization should be guided, and we should also deal with the relevant problems of social movement rationally, for example reform the system of letters and visits from the masses, move to the society institutionalizedly appropriately.The last part,“conclusion and prospect”, concludes strongpoint and shortcomings of the article. And I hope this article could fetch more, deeper and better studies, and provides some necessary consultations dealing with social reality problems.
