温泉度假酒店设计的研究
The Study of Hot-spring Resort Hotel Design
【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的日益提高,温泉度假酒店的设计也越来越受到重视。本文是对温泉度假酒店设计的理论研究,并结合了国内比较成功的温泉度假酒店实例,对其进行分析,以探讨此种类型酒店的设计方法。文章主要研究以温泉为依托的温泉度假酒店室内环境设计和温泉SPA环境设计。文章首先分析了温泉浴场和温泉度假酒店的概念及其国内外的发展历程、温泉度假酒店所具有的特点;然后从文化设计、室内设计、温泉SPA环境设计三个方面对温泉度假酒店进行了较为详细的分析。文化设计是酒店设计的灵魂,温泉度假酒店有了文化的注入,才能构筑起一个人性化的适应消费者各种需求的环境,文化设计对酒店的室内设计和温泉SPA环境设计有不可估量的影响;室内设计中要体现温泉特色,要通过合理的室内设计来吸引更多的客人,不断丰富温泉项目,使其具有休闲、娱乐、养生的功能;温泉SPA的环境要充分利用地域环境的特色,从视觉、嗅觉、触觉、听觉、味觉、思考几个方面去营造舒适、宜人的休闲、养生空间;最后通过对“御温泉”度假酒店和南京颐尚温泉度假酒店二个实例项目进行分析和评价,总结出现已建成的温泉酒店所具有的优缺点,为在今后的温泉度假酒店设计实践中起到参考的作用。

【Abstract】 With rising living conditions, more and more people pay more attention on the designing of the hot-spring resort hotels.The article researches on hot-spring resort hotel interior design and SPA Environmental Design based on the hot-springs.This paper is a theoretical study on the design of hot-spring resort hotel. Based on the successful examples of the hot-spring resort hotel in China, the design methodology for this kind of hotel was explored. In this paper, the concepts and the course of development of the spa and hot-spring resort hotel both in China and abroad, the characteristics of hot-spring resort hotel were studied. More detailed analysis about hot-spring resort hotel was set up by cultural design, interior design and hot-spring projects design. The results showed that: 1) The cultural design is the soul of the hotel design, hot-spring resort hotel can be built with humanistic characteristics and to meeting consumer demand by cultural connotation. The cultural design is the most important factor to influence on elevating values of hot-spring resort hotel;2)The hot-spring characteristic should be embodied in interior design, and attract more consumers by reasonable interior design. To making hot-spring has function of leisure, recreation and healing by enriching hot-spring projects;3)SPA environment to take full advantage of the geographical characteristics of the environment, from visual, smell, touch, hearing, taste, think, several aspects to create a appropriate leisure and health space;4)At last, the merit and demerit of existent hot-spring resort hotel had been summarized by the analyzing and evaluating of Yuwenquan resort hotel, Nanjing Yisang hot-spring resort hotel to provide references for hot-spring resort hotel design in the future.
